Your FLEX Appeal's W.O.W. (Women On Weights) class is a group exercise class for women only. It involves light weight training with cardiovascular exercise in a forty-five minute class. It is designed for all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced individuals. This full body workout is designed to keep your heart rate up and your muscles working.
For a limited time, your first W.O.W. class is now absolutely FREE! If you are a regular in our W.O.W. classes, bring a first time guest and you will receive a $5 store credit! The class schedule is listed below.
W.O.W. classes are $8each or you can do a month unlimited for only $40!
Once each month we now have a SUPER W.O.W. It is a ninety-minute class for advanced participants. The date will be announced on the main page of the web site at the beginning of each month.
Tuesdays 6:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Thursdays 6:00 a.m. 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Saturdays 8:00 a.m.
