help you attain the body you want by providing the motivation, education, and tools necessary for your success.

Your FLEX Appeal may not be right for you if you are lazy. We may not be right for you if you expect us to

"be okay," if you skip your training sessions regularly. We may not be right for you IF YOU AREN'T SERIOUS

ABOUT YOUR OWN FITNESS! It is our job to help you reach a new level of fitness and knowledge,

and we take great pride in making sure you reach your goals. So do us both a favor.

Before you call or e-mail to set up your initial consultation, ask yourself if you are really serious. If you are,

then by all means contact us immediately. We have a vested interest in seeing you improve.

Below is our cardio room, with recumbant and upright exercise bikes, a stairmaster and treadmills! We have

11 different pieces of cardiovascular equipment to help you shed the body fat you want to lose!


Our Women on Weights classes are as follows:

Tuesday     6:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Thursday      6:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Saturday     8:00 a.m. 

Your first class is always FREE! After your initial class, each class is

only $8 each, or $40 for a full month of unlimited classes!
